The holidays aren’t all about material things. Sometimes, what bring us the most joy are the things we can’t hold in our hands. Take some time to think about the blessings in your life — big or small — that you are grateful for. Maybe it’s a family member or friend. You might appreciate the time you have to focus on your health. Or, maybe, you’re thankful for another day and a second chance. Whatever it is, focusing on positive aspects of your life can help you take another step forward.

Grab a sheet of paper, and write down three things you are thankful for and why.
